Subject: Letter of Congratulations
It is with great joy and deep satisfaction that I write on behalf of the Mezam Divisional Participatory Follow-Up Committee for the Execution of Public Investment Projects to express my profound gratitude and congratulate you and your team for making us proud.
I learned with deep satisfaction on Thursday, 19h January 2023, that Bafut Council was second in the 2022 Financial and Physical Execution of Public Investment Projects and other Development Projects in the entire Mezam Division.
As your council continues to maintain its leading position in our division, it is my prayer and wish that the local population will begin to perceive the level of Community transformation within the context of the implementation of the 2019 law on Regional and Local authorities that portrays the Government’s determination to fast track and deepen the decentralization process in our beloved country.
It is on this great achievement that I wish to extend to you and your team my gratitude and that of the entire committee members.
