Chief Ntonefor Kembou Nguimo backs a PhD in Leadership (Sociology) from the University of MINESOTA in USA and has been director general at Ets NGUIMO’s MAMA & SONS and the president of the administrative counsel of JOINT VENTURE INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED and has as objective to put all his competence at the service of indigenous Bafuts.

Delegated with responsibilities such as:

• Ensuring the protection of Council lands and forests
• Ensuring waste management
• Ensuring the execution of development programs funded by the Council or implemented with its participation
• Ensuring the promotion of culture and sports
